On the occasion of Europe Day, an event was held at the ICAO headquarters in Montréal, organized by the EU Delegation, with the support of the Permanent Representation of Italy and other European delegations, and with the participation of the Organization’s leadership, to celebrate the shared values of peace and cooperation that constitute the foundations of the EU and ICAO, as well as the collaboration between ICAO, the EU and its Member States, with the common commitment to a safer and more sustainable international air transport system.
Italy believes in a united Europe, capable of addressing global challenges and safeguarding the common values of freedom, solidarity and democracy.
